Established in 2008 and founded in Austin, Texas, CXO Connections (CXO) is a boutique retained executive search and consulting firm focused on cross-industry North America management and C-Level placements.  Today, the firm has offices in Colorado, Texas, Alabama, and Nevada and is a certified, woman-owned, small business. 

CXO works with both Fortune 500 companies, as well as venture-backed startups and private-equity-owned firms, acting as their strategic partner and change agent to deliver exceptional talent and executive consulting support.

CXO Connections takes the business knowledge gained in helping clients with executive search and leverages this experience to deliver ongoing support where clients need help, i.e., grow revenues, cut costs, improve profitability.  Our interim 'bench' of executive talent offers deep operational experience in finance, technology, sales, marketing, business development, and professional services to support our clients' short-term talent or interim business needs.
